Muhammad Ghazali is an Information and Business Continuity Risk Management Professional with more than 20+ years of cross-functional experience in delivering optimal value in high-growth environment across BCM, Governance and Risk Management, and is exposed to a wide range of industries and clients including but not limited to Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Regulatory Authorities, Insurance, Banking, Healthcare/Pharmaceutical and NGO Sectors. He worked in Asia and Middle East and has delivered Public workshop/Coaching Session on Business Continuity in Bahrain, Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. His leading associations include Professional Employment with leading firms of the Middle East and Pakistan which includes, Protiviti Member Firm ME, A.F Ferguson (Member firm of PWC), Ferguson Associates (Ex-PwC Member Firm), ES-Gulf WLL, Abdulla Fouad Holding and Central Bank of Kuwait. Muhammad is a subject matter expert on Technology and Business Resilience Consulting, with frequent speaking engagements at industry forums & conferences. Muhammad is often consulted to provide his views on the regional challenges and opportunities in implementation of effective BCM methodology across industry verticals.
Noman Siddiqui is a Finance and Audit Professional with over 20+ years of cross-functional experience in delivering strategic financial management and risk oversight across high-impact environments. He leads the finance and audit division at Famco Associates (a network firm). Managing financial strategy and risk management, he provides services to public and private sector organizations in Pakistan and the global network across a variety of industries, including energy, financial services, consulting, and regulatory bodies. Prior to his current role, he served in leading financial and audit firms in Pakistan and Oman, including Zephyr Power, Oman Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company (Orpic), National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA), Deloitte, PwC, and Ferguson Associates.

He currently heads the consulting practice at FAMCO Associates (In cooperation with ECOVIS International) and oversees the Global Delivery Centre in Pakistan, providing services to Pakistan and across ECOVIS global network firms. His expertise spans a wide range of industries, including government, financial services, energy, real estate, hospitality, construction, consumer products, telecommunications, and technology. Before assuming his current position, Haris served in leading technology and consulting firms in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, gaining extensive expertise in delivering strategic solutions and managing complex projects across various sectors.
