FAMCO Associates (FAMCO), A Network Firm of ECOVIS International is abbreviated and changed the name of Ferguson Associates Private Ltd. Management Consultants. FAMCO is the oldest and one of the largest Management Consultancy companies in Pakistan. FAMCO is a limited liability company by shares and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
FAMCO Associates – main office is located in the financial district of Karachi and is at walking distance from State Bank of Pakistan, Securities, and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Pakistan Stock Exchange, and major financial institutions. The other office of FAMCO is in Islamabad.
FAMCO Associates provides one window operation to its clients and deals with multiple services like Incorporation, System Development, Outsourcing, Corporate Advisory, Internal Audit, Software Development, Enterprise Information Risk Management, Business Valuation and Mergers and Acquisition-in a nutshell all those corporate and consulting services which any business organization would require except statutory audit and tax.

History Of FAMCO Associates
1893 the origin of the AFFCO, when Mr. A.F. Ferguson, a Chartered Accountant of Scotland set up his practice in Bombay. In 1908 the Karachi Office of AFFCO was opened. The firm operated in the Persian Gulf, and, for some years, a branch office was also maintained there from 1910 till 1924. In 1963, established as an advisory section of A.F.F Ferguson (A PwC member firm). Ferguson Associates was formed as a limited liability company in 1978 and then demerged in the light of the Code of Corporate Governance in 2002. Ferguson Associates was renamed FAMCO Associates in 2008.
Since 2019 FAMCO Associates joined as a Network Firm of ECOVIS International (Exclusive for Pakistan).
