FAMCO Associates (FAMCO), a Network Firm of ECOVIS International, was formerly known as Ferguson Associates Private Ltd. Management Consultants. FAMCO is one of the oldest and largest management consultancy firm in Pakistan. It is a limited liability company by shares, registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

History Of FAMCO Associates
The origin of AFFCO dates to 1893, when Mr. A.F. Ferguson, a Chartered Accountant from Scotland, set up his practice in Bombay. In 1908, the Karachi office of AFFCO was opened. The firm operated in the Persian Gulf, and for several years, a branch office was maintained there from 1910 to 1924. In 1963, it was established as an advisory section of A.F. Ferguson (a PwC member firm). Ferguson Associates was formed as a limited liability company in 1978 and later demerged in accordance with the Code of Corporate Governance in 2002. Ferguson Associates was renamed FAMCO Associates in 2008. Since 2019, FAMCO Associates has been a Network Firm of ECOVIS International, exclusive to Pakistan.
